Tim Ho Wan

Finally managed to pop by this place without queuing up for hours to eat their food. Touted for being one of the popular dim sum haunts in Singapore due to its michelin star chef reputation. Who would have thought that even Dim Sum needs a michelin star chef? Isn't it pretty much standard? haha. After you give this place a try we were soon convinced!

Have to say that the food here is actually pretty good and I can understand why there is a queue of people at each and every outlet they have in Singapore. There is nothing much to say about these dishes we ordered as they all tasted great and it is definitely a different level of dim sum we have here in Singapore. Below are some of the few dishes we ordered and in no particular order. My favourites were their Siew Mai and their Cheong fun (maybe because of its super smooth cheong fun texture?)

Lo Mai Kai

Har Gow

Chives dumpling

Baked Char Siew bun

Wasabi Deep Fried Prawn Dumplings

Char Siew Cheong Fun

Siew Mai

Steamed Beancurd roll

Fried Carrot Cake
